b/g - in the library

I am Kate's throbbing teeth

There's nothing like a little trip down the nitrous highway in the dentist's chair.  Even though the result is throbbing sensitive teeth, at least one quadrant of my mouth is clean and fancy free.  Next stop, the uppers.  I've decided to sell my soul for mostly good teeth - so that I can get them fixed by a man I trust while we're here in Austin.

The last few days have been filled with myriad life type things of no interest to anyone but myself probably (laundry, cleaning, the like), but at least I start next semester with the laundry done and my desk clean.  We'll see how long that lasts (probably about five... possibly 10 minutes after I get my first set of papers).

The college applications have come and gone, and now the waiting sets in for the graduate schools.  Of course I've gotten the emails that tell me they haven't received something (transcripts, letters of rec, just ... little things) and I flutter my way through getting them what they need (or clarifying that they did, indeed, arrive in the same envelope, so could you just look harder?).

With this last weekend of freedom I should actually be doing writing, but will probably end up reading the rest of my cracktastic books and trying to work up more tutorials for graphic_sluts.  Oh, and coffee, and field trip, and some rock band thrown in there in between.
